Products

All products are made order, with an approximate 12 week lead time, or are released in one of our stock drops. If an item is purchased through one of our stock drops it will be dispatched within 3 working days after we have received payment.

Purchasing products: Our website guides you through the steps to purchasing products. Please ensure you read all terms and conditions and review your ‘cart’ before purchasing.

By paying for a product (processed by Squarespace) you are entering into a contract with us (Annemarie O’Sullivan). Receiving your payment (through Stripe) will confirm your order. You will receive an email from us (through Squarespace) to confirm your oder.

If we are unable to make a product you have purchased, for example - we cannot meet your required delivery date, or the price on our site is incorrect. We will email you to inform you and will not process your order. If you have already paid for a product, we will refund you the full amount including any delivery costs.

Colour/Tone: We love and respect the natural variation that occurs with the willow we grow. The colour of a willow rod fluctuates along its length, and indeed from one row to the next. The same willow may have a different colour and tone from year to year. This means that whilst we work to specific designs and scale, no two items are ever really the same. We celebrate this and hope you will too.

Size: All baskets are made to a specified size in the product description, these may vary slightly (5%) due to the nature of the materials used.

Image: All of our images aim to show each product as clearly as possible. They are however only for illustrative purposes. Any products you purchase may vary slightly from the images on our website.

Delivery: Delivery costs are calculated by volumetric weight and paid for by the customer. We currently delivery to Europe and the USA, for purchasing outside of Europe and the USA please email us at info@annemarieosullivan.co.uk. If your purchase gets lost due to an incorrect address being entered at checkout you will be asked to pay for redelivery.

Design: All designs and intellectual property rights on this website are owned by Annemarie O’Sullivan unless stated.

Refund: We do not offer refunds, as all of our items are made to order. If your item arrives damaged then please contact us immediately at info@annemarieosullivan.co.uk to discuss a replacement, we will cover any additional shipping costs if your item arrives damaged.

Stock Drop: Our stock drops are released at different times during the year. All products are available on a first come first served basis. If you are not satisfied with your purchase then please contact us directly and we will arrange a refund - return postage is to be paid by customer.

Courses

Purchasing courses: Our website guides you through the steps to purchasing courses. Please ensure you read all terms and conditions and review your ‘cart’ before purchasing.

By paying for a course (processed by Squarespace) you are entering into a contract with us (Annemarie O’Sullivan). Receiving your payment (through Stripe) will confirm your order. You will receive an email from us (through Squarespace) to confirm your oder.

Attending: Before each course we will send out an email with specific information, so you are prepared and ready for your course.

Cancelation: If you are unable to attend a course we will endeavour to fill your place. Offering you a 90% refund if we are able to fill your place. If we are unable to fill your place you will forfeit the fee. If you book and pay but do not attend the course, no refund will be given. No refunds can be given if you cancel or fail to attend. In the unlikely event that I need to cancel the course, you’ll receive a full refund. If a course is postponed due to unforeseeable circumstances we will inform you of a replacement date at the earliest date possible. Course bookings are not transferable.
