The Willow Chair - A collaboration with Gareth Neal & The New Craftsman

The 'Willow Chair' is a unique piece showcasing traditional craft for a contemporary audience. Inspired by the tactile qualities of willow, furniture maker Gareth Neal has partnered with master basket maker Annemarie O'Sullivan on this chair, which was designed for Decorex in 2016. The chair, through its intricately weaved back, references traditional basket making techniques.
